Custom Designed & Manufactured Stainless Steel Cooling Tower Booster System for a Chemical Manufacturing Plant

Duplex Cooling Tower Feed system for Chemical Manufacturer Duplex Cooling Tower Feed system for Chemical Manufacturer S&S Technical was contracted by a $100 million chemical manufacturing plant to design and build a custom cooling tower booster system. Based on precise customer specifications, we designed this system from scratch and then used our advanced metal fabrication and TIG welding services to manufacture this unit complete, all while meeting precision tolerances as low as (+/-) .125 of an inch. Purchasing components from Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Automation Direct, S&S Technical additionally carried out the PLC programming for this system. The cooling tower booster system possessed a horizontal centrifugal pump, butterfly valves, and VFD controls designed to maximize efficiency. The unit also featured various pressure gauges throughout the system which help determine if pumps are performing at peak condition. The unit was powder coated for added durability. Designed and manufactured based off customer supplied prints, this turn-key system was delivered to our client's facility in Georgia in ready-to-use condition. Our custom cooling tower booster system met our customer's high expectations for both quality and design.
