a client from the bio-fuels power generation industry contracted
S&S Technical to design and
manufacture six custom chemical metering pumps used to drive various
chemicals into high and low pressure steam lines. After S&S
Technical engineers designed these units based upon our customer's
unique concept, we employed our advanced metal fabrication operations.
Including pipe bending, plasma and band cutting, and MIG, STICK, and
heliarc welding to build these systems complete all while
meeting tolerances as low as (+/-) .001 of an
inch.
The metering pumps possessed a stainless steel
frame and featured 3 piece full port ball valves, an on/off control
system, and diaphragm metering pumps. Meeting our client's unique
product specifications and fulfilling their expectations for design and
quality, we delivered these 6 turn-key custom chemical metering systems
