We start by evaluating how your site actually runs. That means your vehicle configurations: tank trucks, railcars or both, the range of deck and hatch heights you load at, and whether the fleet is mixed. It means your hatch positions: where the hatches sit on each vehicle, how many there are and how far apart. It means your frequency of use: how often each position is worked, from a few loads a week to continuous shifts. And it means your loading requirements: the loading arms and connections the operator has to reach, the product being handled and how consistently vehicles spot at the bay.
That evaluation tells us whether a fixed rack, a pedestal, an elevating platform or a portable unit is the right answer, and how the access should fit with the rest of your loading system.
