Exciting news as another custom mobile transloading solution is being readied for shipment to its new home in Arizona. The end user sought a comprehensive solution for transferring multiple chemical commodities efficiently. The setup includes hydraulic-driven Blackmer stainless STX3 pumps powered by a tractor trailer being designated to pull the unit, stainless transfer piping, a tepid water safety shower package complete with electric traced and insulated pipe work, and shower/eye wash stations on both upper and lower levels.
The unit is equipped with Class 1, Div. 2 electrical components, hose handler support arms, and a rail car access platform with a gangway and safety cage. A Kubota onboard generator is integrated to power the tepid shower system, eliminating the need for any external power sources across the various sites it will be deployed.
Noteworthy is the innovative S&S designed platform with a self-leveling stair unit that seamlessly lowers for highway transport, facilitating swift and cost-effective setup at subsequent transload locations.
