DCO & Soybean Oil Truck Unloading & VerssaLoad Railcar Loading Racks with Intergrated Loading Meter Skids Underway. A customer with a site in Iowa asked S&S to help design and fabricate their four-lane truck unloading area that includes skids with Dixon bottom unloading arms inhouse traced & insulated at S&S, Blackmer NP4F pumps, E&H coriolis meters, Toptech load controllers, & Scully ground verification. The rail loading packages include the S&S VerssaLoad platforms & canopies with loading meter skids Intergrated into the rack structure. The rail package includes Dixon top loading arms with cover plates & overfill protection & Greenline access gangways with safety cages. The same E&H meters and Toptech load controllers are being used for the rail loading. In addition, Polystar rail spill containment pans are being provided for secondary spills. The project is well underway for end of May shipment. The skids will be fully wet tested at S&S prior to delivery.
