Fatty Acid Truck & Railcar Loading Rack Heading to Its New Home at a Milling Plant Site in Kansas. S&S was asked to design a dual sided truck/rail car loading rack package with canopy, (3) Excel truck top load arms, (2) railcar top load arms all with cover plates/overfill protection, Safe Harbor railcar and truck access gangways. S&S designed and fabricated the platform, canopy, stairs, did loading arm layouts and sized the access gangways and provided PE stamped drawings and calculations.
