S&S Technical, Inc. has successfully finished and shipped a self-contained portable Nitrogen Generation trailer. The system comprises a robust custom-built trailer, a Sullivan-Palatek diesel-driven 375 scfm air compressor package, a Kubota 14KW diesel generator, a Sullair mist eliminator, a Hannay hose reel, automated condensate drains, service air supply with hose reel, and a membrane-style nitrogen generator capable of delivering 180 scfm of 95% pure nitrogen at 120 psig. This specialized package was tailored for tank purging in North Dakota, featuring heat tracing and insulation jackets for field installation.
