Soybean Oil Truck Unloading Skids with Access Platforms Wrapped up & Heading to Indiana to a Renewable Diesel Site with Planned 22-million-gallon Annual Production. S&S worked with a major Kansas City based EPC & the end user based in Indianapolis to develop a solution to offload soybean oil being used as feedstock for the renewables production facility. A set of truck offloading skids was provided with Dixon unloading arms, Blacker NP4F sliding vane pumps, FMC 210 valves, & E&H Promass meters & Toptech load controllers & LED lighting. The skid & loading arms were in house traced & insulated with Orange Research materials & nVent heat trace controllers. In addition, VerssaLoad in house fabricated truck access platforms for venting and sampling were provided with Green gangways & safety cages for top of truck access & fall protection.
