VerssaLoad Pyrolysis Oil Rail Car Loading Rack Package with Intergrated Metering Skid. Customer asked S&S to help with it new pyrolysis oil railcar top loading needs. The VerssaLoad package with platform, canopy, access gangway with fall protection, top loading arm and metering skid with controls, overfill protection and ground verification was provided as the solution. The entire system was designed, fabricated, tested at S&S and shipped to site in modular components for fast erection, requiring minimal efforts from the onsite contractors. The platform with canopy supports was shipped assembled requiring a single lift to set it on the pre-poured foundation at site. Gangway, loading arm were bolted up and galvalume roofs panels were fitted on site completing the rack. The Toptech controls, Scully overfill monitor and E-stop station were pre-installed at the factory on the platform upper level and wired to junction boxes for easy electrical connection. The loading skid with FMC Prime 4 meter was factory built and tested and dropped under the platform with flange connections and junction box ready for local connection to process lines and main power.
